By using a personal blend of modalities, including Internal Family Systems, Direct Experience, Self-Inquiry, Visualization meditation, somatic experiencing, poetry, and non-duality, I provide an integrated, embodied, grounded experience of what it means to be truly whole, no matter what shows up in life.
With the help of thoughtfully chosen music and nature soundscapes, I offer trauma-informed experiential realizations that will not alter your life circumstances superficially, but change ‘who’ in you sees this life, this suffering, this longing through. This shift in identity will liberate you from the illusion of separation, allowing a profound connection with the mysterious totality of existence. The meditations you'll engage with are crafted to help you gently explore the seeming boundaries of self, without negating your relative, human experience, engendering a more compassionate and intuitive approach to self-discovery.
This course is ideally suited for those who seek a more profound understanding of themselves beyond their conditionings and beyond spiritual concepts that can perpetuate the search for something that is not already here. Each session will guide you through reflective practices that highlight a specific void you feel within. This lack being what we spend most of our lives seeking to fill through knowledge, gain, and achievement. However, by returning to what cannot be bargained away, what needs no addition or maintenance, we recognize our essential nature and come home to the fact that who we are can never be diminished by anything that happens to us in life.
By the end of this course, you will not only taste what wholeness feels like to you, you will come to significantly shift who in you relates to your parts, your thoughts, your body, your self, and your heart. Making self-realization the pathless path home to unconditional peace, love, freedom, and joy.
